Greetings from Switzerland.
I believe that we are now all too familiar with the prefecture of Fukushima in Japan.
My name is Annerose. I am Swiss and until March 17, 2011, was living in Fukushima city, Fukushima Pref., Japan, 60 km away from the nuclear centrals. The earthquake and nuclear crisis forced me to return to Switzerland earlier than originally planned. I had in fact decided at the beginning of 2011 to return to Switzerland in June 2011, for reasons that have nothing to do with the current events in Japan.
Now, a few months later, I am happily settled in a small town near Neuchâtel. My two cats and my husband to eventually join me. Work is busy and my daily life is multilingual as always.

Bonjour de Suisse.
Le nom de Fukushima est maintenant malheureusement connu de tout le monde.
Je m’appelle Annerose. Je suis suisse et jusqu’au 17 mars 2011, j’ai habité à Fukushima city, Fukushima Pref., au Japon, à 60 km des centrales nucléaires. Le tremblement de terre et la crise nucléaire m’ont forcée à revenir en Suisse plus tôt que prévu. J’avais en effet décidé en début 2011 de revenir définitivement en Suisse en juin 2011, pour des raisons qui n’ont rien à voir avec ce qui se passe au Japon.
Quelques mois ont déjà passé. Je travaille et j’habite maintenant dans un village près de Neuchâtel. Mes deux chats et mon mari me rejoindront un jour. Mes journées sont bien remplies par un travail très prenant et sont toujours aussi multilingues.
